Celebrated South African jazz trumpet player Mandla Mlangeni shares his artistry and original compositions with students and alumni from jazz ensembles at 布鲁克林学院’s 音乐学院.

Mlangeni will not only speak about South African history and his family’s crucial role in ending apartheid, but he will also coach select students on South African jazz styles and perform his charts in collaboration with 布鲁克林学院’s jazz band own under the direction of Professor Ronnie Burrage.
